Ordering & MOQ
Our minimum order quantity varies by fabric — for example, our One Size Crinkle has a 5-metre MOQ. You’ll find the specific MOQ listed on each product page.
Generally, yes — most of our fabrics use tiered pricing, so the more you order, the lower your rate per metre, with discounts applying automatically at checkout as your quantity increases. Note that remnants and certain fabrics may not be included in tiered discounts — check the individual product page for details.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location. In-stock fabrics are packed within 3 working days of your order being placed, with transit time on top of this depending on your destination.
Yes, we offer international shipping. You can choose between two options at checkout:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are calculated and included upfront in your order total, so there’s nothing further to pay on delivery. This is the simplest option if you’d rather avoid any surprise charges or customs paperwork.
- Customs paid by you (DDU) — your order is shipped without duties and taxes included, and you’ll be responsible for paying any applicable customs charges when your order arrives in your country. This option has a lower upfront cost but may involve additional fees and paperwork on delivery.
